Our Story

Built on Hope. Driven by Purpose.

Over the past 13 years, I've managed construction finance and procurement across 300+ projects in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Ohio. Bond programs, pay applications, federal compliance, closeouts — I've done all of it. When the tools and templates I had weren't meeting what clients actually needed, I took it upon myself to build something better — custom reports, web applications, dashboards, tracking systems. That mindset is exactly why I started this firm.

Hope Built Advisory was born out of the darkest times — the moments where all I had left to hold onto was hope. That same belief runs through everything we do here. No matter the size of your organization or where you are in the process — we show up. Fully. Every time.

My dad taught me that you don't need credit to make an impact. You just do the work — fully, honestly, consistently. That's what this firm is built on. The Name
Hope Built Advisory is named for the thing that carried Tracy through the hardest seasons of her life — hope. She also named her youngest daughter Hope Destiny Garcia, so she would always remember there is hope in her destiny. The name means something here. It's not a brand — it's a promise.
